How These Classes are Structured
Each 45-minute class includes a warmup, basic athleticism drills, some very fundamental wrestling instruction, closely supervised wrestling with peers, and of course, fun games. This class is designed to be an enjoyable way for toddlers to socialize, learn the capabilities of their bodies, and get an introduction to athletics. If they enjoy Wrestling, kids eventually filter into our 6-8 year old basic wrestling classes.

Sundays from 1:00 - 1:45pm
Wednesdays from 10:00 - 11:00am

20 All-Big Bend First Teamers, and the Big Bend Wrestler of the Year in 2022, 2023, and 2024 consecutively.

We're located near FSU & FAMU at 608-3 Railroad Square. The facility features two wrestling mats, ample workout equipment, a comfortable parent area, and much more.
The monthly membership price for toddlers is JUST $69. This includes access to classes on Wednesday and Sunday, though participation in both isn't mandatory.
